Buyer is aware that soy wax will often leave a pitted look to the surface after initial burn, this is normal and does not affect the quality of the candle. Wax can often separate from the glass vessel, in shipping or curing, this is not a defect and does not affect the quality of the candle, therefore no refunds will be accepted if you don’t like the look. We do all we can to minimize this effect, but cannot guarantee this won’t happen. Please purchase candles with fragrances you’d like before ordering in BULK as we do not accept refunds on scents you “don’t like”. All other concerns are addressed on a per basis internal review. Simply contact us with your concern and we’ll assess if a candle should be returned to us to test and once determined a manufacturing flaw exists, we will replace it. As with all manufacturing, we can’t guarantee a fragrance will always be available, as our suppliers have been struggling to keep up with the demands along with supply chain issues all over the world, we source all our supplies from right here in Canada FIRST, then other suppliers in North America, however they get them from all over the world and can’t guarantee available stock either. We do however bring in new fragrances all the time and feel we should always have candles you will love as much as any you’ve purchased from us previously.
