HOW DOES IT WORK?
We require a minimum of 25+ units for bulk orders. Choose from IN-STOCK candles in our SHOP. This is a mix and match and only applies to the 8 oz straight side clear or amber jarred candles with white or black lids. Cotton or Wooden Wicks. Simply put in the quantity of each candles you’d like, add to your cart, enter PROMO CODE BELOW that applies to your quantity and the discount will apply at checkout. Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting custom orders, but have many candles and fragrances available that we are sure you will love.

We use a blend of soy and paraffin or just soy, your choice and we wick them with cotton wicks or wooden wicks, your choice. All our candles are created with non toxic fragrance oils where you can choose a fragrance of your choice or we can blend and make your own fragrance. Our LUXURY Collection consists of Aura glass containers in white, black, gold, rose gold, silver, sage or any color the manufacturer releases availability, they come in 8 ounce jars or 14 ounce jars and have multiple lid choices. We use a luxury blend of soy and apricot, or coconut wax or just soy, your choice and we wick them with cotton wicks or wooden wicks, your choice. Custom Labels
We can make almost any custom label you’d like. Birthday, funny sayings, poems, bereavement, your company logo, pretty much anything you can think of we can do. You provide is with a clean image and we can create a custom label of your liking. The cost for Custom Labels varies, depending on the creation. For simple poems, sayings anything in text the cost is an additional 10% of total order. Photos, company logos, anything requiring editing and color is an additional 15% of total order. We will include that cost in your quote before starting with your approval. We will then send you a draft for your approval. Once approved we require full payment of order before we begin.

This will be in addition to the total invoice, we will pass our shipping rates onto you when placing your order. BrewMill Candle Company Ltd. does not authorize the removal of any labels purchased through our BULK ordering, if you’d like WHITE LABEL or CUSTOM LABELLING, please contact us to arrange that. Buyer is aware that soy wax will often leave a pitted look to the surface after initial burn, this is normal and does not affect the quality of the candle. Wax can often separate from the glass vessel, in shipping or curing, this is not a defect and does not affect the quality of the candle, therefore no refunds will be accepted if you don’t like the look. We do all we can to minimize this effect, but cannot guarantee this won’t happen. Please purchase candles with fragrances you’d like before ordering in BULK as we do not accept refunds on scents you “don’t like”. All other concerns are addressed on a per basis internal review. Simply contact us with your concern and we’ll assess if a candle should be returned to us to test and once determined a manufacturing flaw exists, we will replace it. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with all our products. As with all manufacturing, we can’t guarantee a fragrance will always be available, as our suppliers have been struggling to keep up with the demands along with supply chain issues all over the world, we source all our supplies from right here in Canada FIRST, then other suppliers in North America, however they get them from all over the world and can’t guarantee available stock either. We do however bring in new fragrances all the time and feel we should always have candles you will love as much as any you’ve purchased from us previously.
